Welcome to Unorthodox Ops. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of unorthodoxops.online, the free 7-day plan quiz, and the Unorthodox Ops AI Coaching membership (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

Unorthodox Ops provides fitness training plans, nutrition guidance, and AI-powered coaching content. The free quiz generates a sample 7-day plan based on your answers. The paid membership unlocks the full AI coaching experience, including personalized programming and ongoing guidance.

2. Membership & Billing

  • Membership is $49.00 per month, billed monthly on a recurring basis through our payment processor (Stripe).
  • Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel.
  • You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future charges and your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
  • Taxes may apply depending on your location and will be shown at checkout.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase a membership. The Service is for personal, non-commercial use.

4. Health Acknowledgment

Exercise and nutrition changes carry inherent risk. Read our Health Disclaimer before beginning any program. By using the Service you confirm you have done so.

5. Acceptable Use

  • Do not share your account, resell the Service, or scrape/copy program content for redistribution.
  • Do not misuse the AI coaching features or attempt to disrupt the Service.
  • We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — text, plans, videos, graphics, branding — is the property of Unorthodox Ops and protected by copyright law. You may use purchased plans for your own training; you may not republish or sell them.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unorthodox Ops is not liable for injuries, health issues, or damages arising from your use of the Service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction is to stop using the Service and cancel your membership.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them. Material changes to billing will be communicated in advance.
