Privacy Policy

Unorthodox Ops ("we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

• Quiz answers: your goal, schedule, equipment, and preferences — used to build your plan.
• Contact details: name, email address, and (optionally) phone number and mobile carrier, which you provide when signing up.
• Payment details: processed securely by Stripe; we never see or store your card numbers.

2. How We Use It

• To deliver your free plan and operate the quiz.
• To send coaching emails and (if you opt in) text messages — including the 7-day drip sequence.
• To process membership billing and provide customer support.
• To improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

3. Sharing

We share data only as needed to run the Service: FormSubmit (form delivery), Stripe (payments), and email/SMS delivery providers. Each processes data under its own privacy policy.

4. Your Choices

• Unsubscribe from emails anytime via the unsubscribe link.
• Reply STOP to opt out of text messages.
• Contact unorthadoxops@gmail.com to request a copy or deletion of your data.

5. Data Security & Retention

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information and keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above.

6. Changes

We may update this policy; the latest version will always be posted here.
